About Dr.Vinson



With almost 20 years of experience in clinical practice, Dr.Vinson infuses a wide range of experiences into her work with clients. Through her work in corporate, clinical, forensic, and academic settings, she is able to tailor her approach to the unique needs of each client.

Dr.Vinson earned a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Florida and completed her pre-doctoral psychology residency in the New Jersey VA Healthcare System. Before moving to Los Angeles, Dr.Vinson served on the faculty in the Department of Counseling and Clinical Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University for several years and was integral in the training and supervision of masters and doctoral students while additionally maintaining a private practice. She has also held academic appointments at the University of Florida and in the City University of New York system.
